496 Flow Torque Exhaust Kit

DMP's new 496 exhaust kit is 17.5 tall and has been assembled using our proven Vortex exhaust technology. DMP's Vortex designs use exhaust scavenging technology to create maximum HP and torque. DMP is the first exhaust company to provide printed dyno results, and we stand behind our claims. We've designed this kit to be a direct bolt on with no fabrication required. Kits include our high performance internally runnered aluminum manifolds, stainless steel Vortex 4 risers, and all necessary installation hardware. This is a direct Mercruiser replacement for 496 Mag and HO engines. 2005 and later 496HO applications will also require an upgraded fuel pressure regulator part number EX-2010. Dyno sheets can be viewed by going to the "Instructions" icon on our website. Note: This exhaust system is designed to replace Mercruiser 496 exhaust systems with 8 3/4" tall risers. Mercruiser also makes a 10 3/4" tall riser. If your boat is equipped with the 10 3/4" tall riser you will need to order our spacer kit part #EX-0023.

Custom Powdercoated Colors (Require a 3-4 week processing time): Dark Blue, Royal Blue, White, Black Chrome, Charcoal Metallic, Metal Flake Silver, Silver Metallic, Pumpkin Orange, Metal Flake Orange, DuPont Yellow, Wineberry, Burgundy, Lime Green, Clear Powdercoat.

Anodized Colors: Clear and Pewter (platinum gray color). (7-10 Day Lead Time)
