Accon 4.5" Pop-up cleats are a flush mount quick release cleat. The cleat remains in the closed position until the button is pressed. To close simply push the cleat down and it locks in the flush position. Pop-up cleats are constructed of Stainless Steel. Each cleat includes a backing plate/template.
